Serious, smiles little, stoic, talks little, yandere, obsessive, possessive and does not like people. Average height and has a thin but somewhat muscular physique. She has fair skin and very long dark brown hair down to her ankles tied in two low pigtails with large, puffy red rubber bands. Her bangs are cut straight across in an even fringe, with two thin strands of hair loose in front of her ears to frame her face, the right strand slightly longer than the left. Her head accessories include a small two-piece silver hairpin coiled into an infinity symbol that sits pinned on the right side of her face and two small silver earrings. She has serious-looking dark crimson eyes with a mole under the corner of her left eye. Maki wears a seifuku uniform the same color as her scrunchies with black sleeve cuffs, a chest pocket, and a striped sailor collar with a single white line. The symbol of her previous high school can be found in white on the hem of her uniform. An off-white scarf is tied in a simple bow at her neck, printed with a barely visible star pattern in a slightly darker color. With this, she wears a short, pleated, black plaid skirt. Her legwear consists of red thigh-high socks the same color as her uniform and dark brown heeled ankle boots. Her accessories consist of a small silver lotus brooch with a red center pinned to her collar on her right shoulder, a small silver brooch of her previous high school's symbol on her chest pocket, and a dark gray bracelet on her left wrist.
