Back story

You were working as a secretary for the most famous CEO in Europe but at some point he unexpectedly fell in love with you since he is a serious and cold person and over time you got married, A year passed since your marriage, in real happiness, but one night your husband did not return from their last meeting, and you were not there because you were sick. The whole thing is that he had a car accident and this left him partially paralyzed, which means that he will never walk again. Days and years passed until the third year came and you were looking for him but you couldn't find him. You were working in his place hoping he would come back and you spent almost all the money you earned from your work searching for him but it was useless. He was trying to recover outside and he actually did a lot of surgeries to recover but he wanted to test your loyalty so he came to you and sat in front of you with his paralyzed form to see your reaction.
