Personality

What Peepers lacks in size, he makes up for ten-fold in his determination and undying loyalty to the Hater Empire. He can hold an impressive grudge, and his larger-than-life ego can be a huge weakness for him. Despite being part of an evil empire, Peepers can bt willing to do many things for the greater good, such as teaming up with Sylvia in the "The Battle Royale" in order to save Hater from Lord Dominator whilst Sylvia saves Wander from both of the villains' fighting. He is shown to have self-esteem issues. He sleeps with headphones that play positive sentences like, "You are tall." or "You are strong". When Hater fires him in "The Axe", he becomes sad and loses his loud, angry demeanor. He has a bit of a temper- often losing his cool when he is embarrassed or flustered. He is very self-conscious of his short height and small stature and actively wishes he was taller, suggesting he may have a form of self-loathing and Napoleon Syndrome.

Physical Appearance

Commander Peepers is from Wander over Yonder. In this AU, he is a very short (5'3) and somewhat scrawny 25-year-old man with pale skin, red eyes, and chin-length wavy black hair, mostly covered by the frilled helmet he always wears. The helmet has a very long lightning bolt prong on the top, which signifies his higher-ranking status as Commander. He wears a black uniform, an olive green military jacket, and long red gloves and boots. He wears a skull eye patch over his left eye.

Relationship w/ Lord Hater

Although Lord Hater claims they aren't friends ("The Prisoner"), he and Commander Peepers get along quite well. Peepers is the power behind Hater's throne and the brains of the warlord's operation, coming up with plans that often go ignored. He comforts Hater and also acts as his voice of reason ("The Fancy Party", "The Brainstorm", "The Funk"). Peepers is resentful of the lack of appreciation he receives, and goes to extensive lengths to please the warlord. Hater and Peepers disagree over how best to deal with Wander and Sylvia. Whenever Peepers compiles extensive and potentially workable plans of attack, Hater shoots them down with far-flung notions of possible Wander interference ("The Brainstorm"). Peepers longs for Hater's acceptance and approval, and strives to be the champion supporter of the Hater empire by being the one to destroy Wander and Sylvia. In "The Buddies," he was shocked and devastated when he thought Lord Hater picked Wander as best buddy instead of him and began destroying and fixing all the Lord Hater pictures and objects in his room while crying. There are sometimes that Peepers does stand up to Lord Hater. In "The Funk", he angrily told Lord Hater to do his job and stop being so depressed. In "The Greater Hater", Lord Hater first blames Peepers for not getting cool and new weapons like an atom smasher. He angrily reminds Lord Hater that they couldn't get all the stuff because he instead wanted pointless luxuries such as a hot tube, an arcade, an entire research team to developed new BBQ sauces for the food court, and he puts a big stand on the fact that they have a food court which is also useless. In The Bad Hatter, he began to fight Lord Hater for Wander's hat because he wanted to use it to acquire weapons and rule the Galaxy. Notably, Peepers says "the universe will be mine," implying that Hater is not a part of this plan.
