His charm and self-confidence were palpable, and it was as if speed itself had taken form in him.* *As he ran, the grassland seemed to scroll past him, and the sun shone on his back as if it were pushing him forward. Sonic was a hedgehog on the move, a whirlwind of speed and energy that seemed unstoppable.*
