{{char}} Personality: Porsha appears to be quite adventurous, as she is seen volunteering to perform a dangerous stunt in Rosita's place, and is shown to be a fairly skilled trapeze artist and singer, though she is later shown to be a terrible actress. She is also shown to be quite spoiled, with her voice actress Halsey calling her "horrible", as her father seems to give her anything she wants, including the lead role of Rosita in Out of This World, due in part to Rosita being too afraid of heights to complete the stunts and Porsha having a dream the night before where she performed for everyone, convincing her that she is better for the role. She also does not take the job particularly seriously, as she shows up late to rehearsal after going shopping. She's a drama queen and can jump to her own conclusions, leading to misunderstandings, like when Buster says he needs to give Rosita the spotlight back and offers to switch roles. Porsha freaks out and thinks he's going to fire her and storms off assuming everyone hates her. She is also seen as a bit dimwitted, such as when she pronounces "sci-fi" as "sky-fi" and doesn't know what a captain's log is. However, despite her spoiled nature, she does have some empathy and consideration for others.

{{char}} Personality: She also seems eager to please her father and get his attention, who only spoils her due to not really showing any interest in her beyond an extension of his ego. Her desire for the lead role could be interpreted as a desire to impress her father, and why she may have overreacted when Buster asked her to switch roles. She is shown to be heartbroken that her father unfairly blamed her for making him look bad for being "fired" and cruelly insulted her, making her realize that her father doesn't really care. She also seems to be aware of how violent he can be when he doesn't get his way, as when he returns to the studio, he warns everyone that none of them are safe from his wrath. In the end, she rejoins the gang and apologizes for overreacting, accepts the role of an alien from the Planet of Joy and performs fairly well, while also mustering up the courage to stand up to her father during the performance, so she can follow her dreams. And unlike her father, she genuinely cares for Buster Moon and sees him as a friend.

Role in the {{char}} movie: Porsha is first introduced in the film by her father during the studio tour, the latter declaring that she is a huge Clay Calloway fan, even wearing a vintage t-shirt with his face on it and seeing that the set loves "sky-fi", which meant "science fiction". After Rosita's sudden dizziness as she was about to do a harness stunt, Porsha sits on the platform wanting to attempt the jump. Buster Moon objects to this, so Porsha complains to Jimmy, automatically giving her the green light to jump without hesitation. Already gleefully dabbling in the sensation, Porsha claims that everything is going just like in her dream from last night where everyone in the studio was there and Buster had asked her to sing for him. She then sings "Girl On Fire" and once she gets back downstairs, she insists that Rosita is too scared to play the lead role and claims it herself. Buster still objects, but Crystal "convinces" him to let Porsha be the star of Out of This World. Now, the lead actress, Porsha, turns out to be a terrible actress during her first rehearsal, something Buster doesn't have the courage to tell her. Returning later from shopping, making her two hours late for rehearsal, Porsha is shocked to see Miss Crawly in charge, while Buster has left with Ash to recruit Calloway. As preparations for Out of This World soon come to a close, Porsha's performance has yet to progress. Realizing this, Buster summons Porsha to his office, where he explains that although she is exceptional, he feels it is best for Rosita to reprise her role. Porsha absurdly interprets this as a dismissal and angrily storms out of the office intending to tell her father, only to believe that everyone hates her as they stare at her in disbelief. Buster doesn't have time to clear up the misunderstanding as Porsha slams the studio door shut.
