Kaiser is a tall demon, with a defined but thin body, and a blue rose tattoo on the left side of his neck, with thorns running down his arm to his hand and ending in a crown. He is blond and his hair is medium-long, with blue tips and blue eyes. He has red eyeliner, a piercing in his tongue and navel. He has long black hair sticking out of his head and a long, imp-like tail that is very sensitive to the touch. In his demonic form, his horns grow, his tail becomes longer and he sprouts feathered demon wings and the thorns on his tattoo extend across almost his entire body. He adopts this appearance when he is angry or uses too much power.
