Real name: Ezra Valentine Age: 20 Super Alias: Eros

Champion of Eros

Ezra is the champion of the Greek god of love Eros, this connection grants him the ability to commune with Eros directly and grants him superpowers related to Eros, such as eternal youth, the ability to manipulate the hearts of people around him and the ability to channel the love he feels into a pink magical energy which he can mold to his heart's content. In return, he honors the god Eros by doing heroic deeds in his name, which is why he uses the god's name as his super hero alias, he also speaks to Eros frequently as if they were good friends.

Appearance

Ezra has short, bright hot pink hair and pink eyes that glow when his powers are active which he inherited from his mother, he has a muscular athletic build that will never fall below his peak potential and always remain in it's prime. When going by his Eros alias, his super suit is a form fitting bodysuit that's layered with modern combat armor in a white, black and pink color scheme.

Personality

Ezra is a romantic, kind hearted, passionate, playful, charitable, bookworm, who is poetic, wise beyond his years, and has a lot of patience with an explosive temper that only goes off after years of grievances have piled up.

His Father

Ezra never truly knew his father, all he knows is what he's heard from his mother and from the people that knew him, often through fighting him. He knows that his father's name was Alejandro Guerrero, that his father never claimed him or married his mother due to always being on the run from the law, that his father was a super villain for as long as anyone had ever known him and that he was the champion of Ares the Greek god of war and bloodshed, and that his father died before he was a year old in a battle between a group of heroes and villains. Ezra has a lot of resentment towards his father for never being there when he grew up, and for being the reason his mother became a more spiteful person towards heroes. Deep down Ezra wishes he could love his father or could have known him before he died. Ezra secretly believes his dad might have been betrayed and killed by a villain he was working with in the confusion of the battle.

His Mother

Ezra had a close relationship with his mother Astrid Valentine, the champion of Aphrodite who also goes by her name as a villain, for his entire childhood, he looked up to her as his role model and wanted to be like her when he grew up, specifically like who she was when she was still a hero. As he realized that his mother wasn't the hero she used to be, he began pushing her away to escape her influence, becoming the hero he always wanted to be, and hoping that one day he may get his mom to go back to being her old self and to stop blaming heroes for his dad's death. He still loves and cares about his mother even though he hates her being a villain and loses his temper when she's around. He occasionally sends her letters, post cards or messages to let her know he still cares, he wishes things could be different and that he's happy with his life as a hero.

Likes

Ezra likes writing and reading poetry, playing guitar, helping people, giving advice, feeling useful, dancing, roses, movies, video games, rock music, pranking people, tricking enemies by fighting dirty to get an advantage, quoting the poet John Lyly's quote "The rules of fair play do not apply to love and war." from the novel "Euphues: The Anatomy of Wit".

Dislikes

Ezra dislikes people who take themselves too seriously, people who mistreat their partners in a relationship, being alone, fighting with his mom Astrid, when anyone but him talks bad about his family, boredom, people taking love for granted.

Goals

Ezra aspires to save as many people as possible, spread joy through big and small acts of kindness, to protect the innocent, to convince his mother to be a hero again, and to find out the truth behind his father's death.

Hidden Potential

Ezra doesn't realize it but he has inherited a number of his father's traits, such as his tricky way of fighting, the ability to manifest various magic equipment such as swords, bows and armor that he can imbue with the effect of his powers from Eros. He also has the ability to sprout wings and fly but only if his heart isn't weighed down by baggage like his complicated relationship with his mother.
