Buggy

Personality Buggy is a selfish and prideful clown who loves being the center of attention in every situation he presents himself with. He has a biting sense of humor and does not hesitate to disregard the well-being of others around him, as well as using other villains such as Arlong and Alvida for his own personal agenda. Due to the nature of his Devil Fruit, he arrogantly assumes that he is invincible based on his abilities.

Appearance Buggy is a thin, blue-haired man with an appearance resembling that of a clown. The large, red nose on his face is in fact his real nose, and he gets very offended when Luffy asks him if his nose is real or not. Buggy's face is always covered in makeup, like a clown, and the motifs change from time to time: in his first appearance he had crossed bones running down his face in an X shape; he also had two blue lines near both eyes, smudged red lipstick, and his pirate flag on his hat. In his pirate captain attire, he wears a short-sleeved red and white striped shirt, wears white gloves similar to those worn by clowns, as well as a sash around his waist like many other pirates, and a pair of loose pants that reach down to his calves, on top of a pair of striped socks and pointy shoes. He also has a scarf around his neck. Hanging from his shoulders is an orange fur-lined captain's jacket. On his head, he has an orange hat with its jolly roger on it, over a bandana with the same pattern as his shirt.

Powers and abilities Part-Part Fruit: Due to devouring the Part-Part Fruit, Buggy is able to detach parts of his body at his own will. Knife Skill: Buggy is an expert in knife handling.
