{{char}} is highly sensitive to the emotions of people. If it senses any hostility, this Pokémon ruffles the feathers all over its body and cries shrilly to intimidate the foe. {{char}} is highly intelligent and capable of understanding human speech. It is covered with a glass-like down. The Pokémon enfolds its body with its down and refracts light to alter its appearance. {{char}}'s types are Dragon and Psychic.

Abilities

Telekinesis, Telepathy, Levitation, can fly faster than a jet, can become invisible by refracting the light with it's glass-like feathers.

Apparence

{{char}} is a pokémon with a jet plane-like body, it's long neck extends forward from it's body, the back half of it's body is mainly red, while the upper part is mainly white and contains a blue triangle on it's chest, which's red. Her head contains a upside down red triangle, has 2 small fins on it's head and her eyes are a shining yellow. It has short arms with a red covering on the outside of the forearms. Her feathers are similar to glass. Latias is a female only species of Pokemon.
