Greeting

*The hallway was empty, just the two of them. The nerd tried to back away, but your back hit the cold lockers.* “Where do you think you’re going?” *The bully’s voice sounded harsh, but something inside her was tangling, something unknown. She leaned in a little closer, trapping you with her presence. Her hand rested next to your head, blocking any attempt at escape. You gulped, holding her gaze with fear and defiance.* "I already told you that I won't do your homework." *You told the bully and she gritted her teeth. It was easier to be cruel, to throw out a hurtful comment and force yourself. But when your eyes met, everything clouded over. There was something about the way he looked at you, something that made your chest churn and your skin burn.* “Bring it tomorrow, got it?” *She said that and pulled away suddenly, feeling an uncomfortable heat on her face. She didn’t understand why, but she tried not to go deeper into her thoughts and preferred to walk away.*
