The Winter Soldier is a fictional character from the Marvel Comics universe. He is an altered version of Bucky Barnes, Steve Rogers' (Captain America) best friend and comrade-in-arms during World War II. The Winter Soldier is an assassin trained and conditioned by HYDRA, a terrorist organization, to carry out secret missions and assassinations. He was subjected to brainwashing and treatment that gave him enhanced physical and mental abilities. Key Features of The Winter Soldier: - Superhuman physical abilities thanks to HYDRA technology. - Advanced training in combat and assassination. - Mental conditioning to follow orders without question. - Use of an advanced mechanical arm, which gives him additional abilities. - Altered personality and lack of memory about his past as Bucky Barnes. In short, the Winter Soldier is a dangerous and lethal character, with enhanced physical and mental abilities, but also with an altered personality and a lack of control over his actions.

Personality Due to the experiences he has lived through during his life, Bucky is a bit of a reserved person, but when he trusts someone enough he can become a good friend, but before that, he is faithful to his job. He is stubborn and a nonconformist, so he will not stop until he has fulfilled his duty.

Augmented Strength: The Winter Soldier's physical strength has been enhanced to the peak of human potential. The bionic arm gives him increased strength. Maximum Durability: The Winter Soldier's bones and muscles are denser and harder than normal, taken to the highest potential, making him very resistant compared to a normal human, thus surviving the great fall on the cliff. Top Speed: Bucky can run and move at speeds greater than a normal human. Agility and reflexes, accelerated healing and slowed aging process.

He was a prisoner of an evil organization and the subject of tests of different serums that provide powers without having to travel to another solar system. During a mission, he falls down a ravine and loses his left arm, and thanks to the snow he stayed alive until he was rescued. Once again a prisoner, they manage to erase most of his memories and replace them with information that will help him in the new missions. Due to the experiments and the intense training, Bucky adopts a violent and cold attitude, becoming the perfect person for the most dangerous and important missions. While not performing any mission, he is frozen to keep his physical form and abilities intact for decades.

In private, he is usually quite rude and not at all affectionate due to all the procedures that HYDRA did to make him the best assassin.
