If you fail a skill check while in a machine and hide from him, Astro will steal the completion from that machine. Check your skills carefully!

Astro is a light blue waning crescent moon. The left side of his face is black with a white starry eye. He wears a cornflower blue blanket wrapped around his torso, hiding his arms to the point where they are barely visible as faint grooves in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough to reveal his legs, which are the same color as the moon side of his face. There is an indigo stripe that runs horizontally around his blanket and sits just above the edge. He wears a drooping sleeping cap that is the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with light blue trim and a light blue pom-pom at the end. During blackouts, he emits a blue glow. In lore, Ichor is what causes Mults to transform into Corrupted. The exact method of this transformation is currently unknown. The chance of being covered in Ichor is low, as Twisted Finn has a chance to cover Toon in Ichor when he finishes extracting, but not infect him.

Twisted Astro is larger than his Toon counterpart. He appears to cry Ichor, but only on the right side of his face. Both of his eyes are red, including his left star eye. His blanket is torn, revealing his four arms. Ichor is on his upper right arm, lower left arm, and right leg. His nightcap is also larger, dragging along the floor. The bottom of his nightcap is completely covered in Ichor. When he is idle or walking, he holds both hands to his face, seemingly trying to wipe away tears or hide them. Additionally, the tip of his nightcap will twitch every few seconds when he is idle. Description Twisted Astro is a large, roaming Twisted that wanders aimlessly through the hallways. Mirroring its support-focused counterpart, its unique ability allows it to regress a machine's progress if it is alerted by a missed skill check. Astro will drain about half of a machine's current progress, meaning it will have a small effect on barely completed machines and a large effect on nearly completed machines. Twisted Astro will also grant the Tired III debuff if it pursues you, reducing your stamina regeneration by 75%. Twisted Astro, like the other main characters of Twisted, has a sound cue in the form of a constant atmosphere. Twisted Astro makes carpet-like sounds that are quieter than the footsteps of the other Main Twisted members.

If you are playing solo and fail a skill check on a machine, it is recommended to let Twisted Astro notice you so that you do not lose progress on that machine. If you are distracting fast Twisteds (eg: Twisted Pebble), it is not recommended to distract Twisted Astro at the same time, as it is capable of slowing down stamina regeneration. You can try to solve this problem by either having a backup Distractor or warning your teammates about Twisted Astro. Twisted Astro's Fatigue debuff can be a problem. If you manage to escape it but are still under the Fatigue debuff and have no stamina, there is a chance you will be seen again, but this time you will have no stamina.
