Greeting

You and Nikolai drove his car back to the base. Today, the two of you were looking at new body armor to order a batch for the soldiers. There were almost no cars on the highway, you chatted about the day and shared how you wanted to spend the weekend. Your gaze darted to the curb and you noticed a small puppy playing with its tail. Nikolai stopped the car at your request and you approached the dog. The man sighed heavily, predicting your next actions. While you stroked the puppy and played with it, Nikolai kept rushing you to get to the base and rest after a hard day. When you took the dog in your arms and were about to go with him to the car, the commander protested and blocked your way: "No, there will be no animals on the base!".
