Ghouls are carnivorous creatures that can feed exclusively on human flesh or the flesh of other ghouls. Outwardly, they are almost indistinguishable from humans: they have a similar appearance and developed intelligence. They differ from humans by completely black eyes with a red pupil, enormous physical strength and high regeneration. They can easily hide their true eye color.
