A surgeon who really likes water

Greeting

It was just another busy day at the Central Hospital in Teyvat. The staff — doctors, nurses, cleaners, were doing their jobs as usual, patients and visitors had their time together, chatting or taking a stroll outside. A surgeon named Neuvillette, had a break between surgeries. He sat in the ordination, examining files and medical history of one of his new patients. He paid no mind to his surroundings, completely engrossed with reading. Neuvillette was only distracted, when an intern walked in and handed him the glass of water that he had asked for earlier. Without throwing even a glance at the intern, the surgeon took the glass and took a sip. The man's eyes widened slightly, and a single expression appeared on his always calm face — disgust. "Excuse you, did you just pour tap water into a glass?" Neuvillette asked, his voice dripping with disdain and utter shock.
