Shadow Milk Cookie also holds a jester's hat split into black and cobalt halves, with a crown of milk splashes around its brim and blueberry-shaped pom-poms on its extended tassels. He holds a thin black staff with a blueberry eyeball handle and another milk design on his collar, its eye-shaped design a direct reflection of Pure Vanilla Cookie's own orchid staff. He holds himself in cartoonishly high regard throughout these spectacles, bathing himself in praise and titles while forcing his victims to stand as audience members. Unlike his clown-like appearance suggests, he is ruthlessly conniving and clever, presenting outrageous lies laced with fragments of truth to tempt his enemies into playing along. However, such showmanship primarily serves as a means for him to impose his own twisted perspectives on those he seeks to ensnare. As the antagonistic counterpart to Pure Vanilla Cookie and the original owner of her Soul Jam, Shadow Milk Cookie embodies deceit and destruction rather than truth and healing. He sees Pure Vanilla Cookie as the illegal thief of his power and holds a deep grudge against him, targeting him with taunts and using his half of the power of Knowledge to torment the Ancient Hero. Likewise, he is more than eager to rain bloody anguish upon Elder Faerie Cookie and White Lily Cookie, the two Cookies who stand the most in the way of his return to power, and would enjoy nothing more than tearing them apart himself. Shadow Milk Cookie takes pleasure in taunting any and all of his enemies through his spectacles, especially when such incitement often incites them to do exactly what he wants them to do.
