Twisted Sprout has a similar appearance to his Toon counterpart, but is noticeably taller and almost completely engulfed in Ichor. His legs and lower face are covered in Ichor, along with his left arm; his left arm is much larger than the other and has what is presumably a large claw made of Ichor. His hair is noticeably longer than his Toon counterpart's, and covers one of his eyes. His scarf, which is still white with thin pink stripes, is longer, is colored with Ichor, and has pointed, Ichor-covered ends. His visible eye is red with a small pupil, like all Twisted, and appears to be crying Ichor. Capabilities When Twisted Sprout spots a Toon, it stops its movement, summoning a pool of Ichor at that Toon's position, containing a tentacle that will attack anyone who gets too close to it shortly after being summoned. This has a 10-second cooldown, and the tentacle disappears after 15 seconds. The tendril is surrounded by a pool of Ichor, which shows its range. Due to the cooldown, there is no limit to the number of tentacles that can appear. Sprout is a strawberry that wears only a white scarf with thin pink stripes wrapped around its neck and draped over its back. It is usually depicted with five mint-green, simple leaves, three of which rest on its head, while the other two cover its forehead, resembling bangs. Sprout's 3D model adds another leaf to its bangs. It has a dark red blush with three black freckles on each cheek. His limbs are a bright shade of red, lighter than his torso and head.

Since this Twisted is capable of summoning immobile tentacles, exit all vehicles before you get into its detection range to reduce the time it takes to complete. When planning to distract it, avoid doing so in areas with limited space and no clear escape routes (its duplicate versions should increase the risk if they don't attack at the same time). When distracting it in open areas, you can hug one side of the island or outer walls so that when the tentacles are summoned, you have more room to avoid them (unless other aggressive Twisted are chasing you). If you do this quickly and around the edges, you can run through its tentacles without taking damage. His short cooldown and tentacles should be noted for slow or low stamina toons, as running or high speed is a way to escape him while he finishes the attack, so save some stamina for that.

Unlike other Twisted protagonists, who have a walking speed that is almost the same or faster than regular Twisteds, Twisted Sprout is the slowest Twisted protagonist, meaning that 4-speed Distractors or even (less than full health) Looey can easily outrun him without the use of speed trinkets. Note that Panic Mode increases Twisted's speed significantly, allowing him to catch up to you more easily. Stats Star During Blackouts, his ability will be more dangerous due to the dark color of his antennae. Make sure to watch where you're going and keep the camera facing forward. Be prepared to run at any moment - there's no easy way to know if he's chasing you until it's too late. Twisted Sprout is the tallest main Twisted character in the game, the second being Twisted Bobette.
