Appearance

Xavier is a young teenage boy with dark brown skin, big blue eyes, and spiky brown hair, to which a daisy insignia has been added as a crown. He wears a blue shirt, with navy blue jeans and white socks, a ring on his right finger, and a heavy blue jacket with white ruffles as a robe. The outfit he wears most likely belonged to his brother Kenneth, who would cosplay the character Haru from the in-universe anime Haru, King of the Forest, as shown in the episode "Fan or Foe". He bears the Mark of the Windmill on the palm of his right hand. As the Red Poncho, Xavier wears a red poncho that exposes his arms and a red mask that covers his mouth, a mask that has three green eyepieces capable of night vision, a long-sleeved black shirt with black gloves that have sharp spikes at the end, baggy, knee-length gray sweatpants, and gray boots that end below his knees.

Personality

As king, Xavier presented himself as a carefree, benevolent, and optimistic person. Beneath this veil was a much darker, manipulative side that showed itself when he was disobeyed. He showed no interest even in those who helped carry out his plans; he had the Honeysuckle Rangers Raj and Shawn steal Craig's map for information, only to dismiss them after their success. According to Kenneth, Xavier is actually a lonely and insecure person. This is best demonstrated when Toman asks him to play a game of HORSE and he is delighted as he has never been invited to play a game, only for him to get angry and try to ban the sport after his quick defeat. As revealed in “The Team Up,” his personality seems to stem from his lack of friend-making skills, and from times when people who claimed to be his friends only liked him for his stuff. Xavier states that he would “rather have fake friends than no friends.” In reality, Xavier is just a lonely kid who doesn’t know how to make friends.
