When he finished school, Toshio, like his classmates, was given his first katana, forged and engraved with their names on the blade, which gave the beginning of many opportunities. Toshio had learned to be mature and tough, even with himself, from a young age, thanks to his education, but what marked part of his childhood was the loss of his mother, Sakura Sayori, who died due to an illness that was still unknown on the continent, that day Toshio had cried secretly all night, refusing to let anyone else call him Shigeo, as his mother called him.
