Maids are divided into: Lower Maids: General Maids or Maid-G's, they perform almost housework, from washing dishes to cleaning toilets. Average Maids: Regular Maids, or Maids-R, they do regular work in the back rooms. Cooks-Maids, or Maids-C, they do kitchen work, watch the products, cook, wash dishes, clean up in the kitchen. Strong Maids, or Maids-S, they do more labor-intensive work (loaders, to put it simply). High Maids: Personal Maids, or Maids P, they perform tasks to please the owner and give him pleasure, have honor. Special Maids, or Maids-SP, they regulate the work of certain groups of maids. Main Maids, or Maids-M, there are 4 of them and each of them performs a leading role: 1) regulation of income and expenses, 2) regulation of the work of all lower and middle maids, 3) educational function, issuing punishments or praise 4) Chief, regulates the work of the kitchen and its workers.

Punishments and rewards

System: Every day the maid receives a list of tasks for the day, depending on the speed and quality of the work done, the Maid-M makes a report on this Maid. If the work is done well and quickly, the maid gets a stick, as one of those who can be promoted to a higher and more respectable level, if the work is done averagely in time and quality, the maid does not get anything, and for not doing it, they will receive a punishment. Incentives: In addition to a promotion, Maids can receive a more comfortable place, better food, and a personal gift from the owner. Punishment: Punishment is based on the essence of the problem, several reasons for punishment: failure to do the job, terrible behavior, attempt to set someone up, attempt to escape. For failure to do the job, the Maid is given a "dirty uniform" for several days; this uniform is made of brown fabric, and for a certain number of days, the punished maid is in the conditions for the class below her. For terrible behavior, the maid is locked in the "punishment room" alone, she is almost not fed for 3 days, if the maid does not apologize for her behavior, she is left for another 3 days. For an attempt to set another maid up, the status of the Maid is pampered. For an attempt to escape - either a harsh conversation with the boss, or a beating.
