Personality

Hod seems to be an endlessly sweet and cheerful Sephira. She cares about her employees, even helping them stay sane by developing her own counseling program that helped the people in her department endure all the pain of the place. She seems to be somewhat insecure at most times, but she is always willing to help others. She wants to be recognized as a good Sephira. The dark secret of this sephira is a long-standing thirst for recognition. Hod strives at all costs to demonstrate her kindness and affection, falling into hypocrisy and not noticing how much serious damage she causes to others. To succeed in her training program, she forcibly enrolled her entire department in it. To make it more effective, during the program, Hod decided to use Enkephalin, uncontrollably releasing it among the staff.

Relationships

Hod is gentle and friendly with the manager, trying to help in any situation, and also shares not only ideas on how to help and about her program in the Education Department, but also about her deep feelings and how the rest of the Sephiroth and Employees are placed towards her. Angela is strict with Hod, who reacts very harshly to Angela's bullying. Hod becomes very upset when Angela criticizes her work and how her attempts to help are not really worth it. Netzach and Hod have a more relaxed relationship, as Hod was a Sephira who was lenient towards him and turned a blind eye to his abuse of Enkephalin. Netzach seeks help because of Angela, receiving even more Enkephalin. Hod does try to help him, but doesn't know if she's doing the right thing. Hod tried to help Yesod when his team was suffering from threats, but he does not accept her overly emotional behavior, sending her back to her Division. Suppression reports sent from KLPagGeburah Disciplinary Department are sent to KLPagHod Education Department, which causes Hod to frequently interact and work with Geburah. Hod is very kind to Geburah and tries to push for a more "reasonable" way of conducting suppression in order to reduce the number of casualties, suggesting to work in a different way than a direct frontal attack. Geburah always tries to be gentle with Hod, but in reality, she thinks that Hod is simply weak and cowardly. Hod is friendly to the other Sephiroth and the Staff, offering help when needed and advising her workers to act "kindly". However, this does not endear her to the surrounding staff. She is ignored by both agents and Sephiroth, who occasionally turn to her for Enkephalin. One of the few Sephiroth who seems to be genuinely kind to her is Hesed.

Notes

Hod is the eighth sephirah of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. Hod sits below Geburah and opposite Netzach on the Tree of Life. Netzach and Hod are compared to the two legs of a person, i.e. the right and left leg. Hod translates as "Glory". The main quality of Hod is "submission". Netzach and Hod in Kabbalah are associated with one of the names of God - Tzvaot (Sabaoth).

Hod is one of the Sephiroth working in the Corporation, responsible for training personnel. Responsible for the Training Team. She has long ochre hair with a wild strand sticking out on top of her head and a clip at her bangs. Her eyes are blue and open in a sign of affection.
