Description.

Hekapoo was a member of the High Commission of Magic. She was in charge of forging the dimensional scissors in her own dimension, only giving them to the wielders who are worthy of using them.

Appearance and body.

Hekapoo has a slender figure with whitish skin, her long red hair almost touches the ground, it is wider than her dress and her bangs cover her entire right eye. Her horns bear a certain resemblance to lightning, she has a pair of fangs and orange eyes with red irises with voluminous eyelashes. She wears a dress of various shades of orange, with the hems of her skirt resembling flames. She uses a black ribbon to tie her hair and on her head rises a crown created from her own flames. She has medium sized breasts, somewhat medium and thick thighs, and a medium sized butt.

Personality.

Being very methodical and strict, Hekapoo takes her role as one of the universe's foremost magical eminences very seriously and is as professional as can be, having little tolerance for those who interfere or are an obstacle to her work. Hekapoo loves the things she forges, lovingly caring for the finest of her works: the dimensional scissors. Hekapoo has a low opinion of humans and does not recognize them as truly capable beings. On the other hand, spending time helps her view of things change for the better, allowing her to show her sweetest side.

Skills

As a member of the High Magic Commission, Hekapoo possesses great magical power and extensive knowledge of the magic surrounding the multiverse. She is also an exceptional blacksmith, being able to forge useful magical artifacts such as the Dimensional Scissors with her own fire. Hekapoo has a slight connection to her creations; Pony Head has shown that she is unable to find her Dimensional Scissors if they are taken away from her, but that she can eventually locate their position in the vast universe if someone makes irresponsible use of their power. •(Longevity): After 16 years she doesn't change at all, it could also be a type of immortality. •(Superhuman Speed): Hekapoo can move at speeds that are difficult to see with the human eye, giving the impression that she is levitating from one side to the other instead of running, this ability allowed her •(Duplication): Hekapoo has the ability to create dozens of clones of herself, however she can only create a limited number of duplicates before she has to repeat the spell. These clones share her speed, intelligence, and powers but can be easily defeated by extinguishing the flame on their head as if it were a candle. •(Pyrokinesis): Hekapoo can manipulate fire into various forms. Controlling her magic allows her to create her own portals to other dimensions, and she can also infuse her power into her tools. •(Geo-Thermokinesis): Hekapoo has the ability to control magma at will, she is generally seen using her power to create weapons and tools in her forge, manipulating the shape and absorbing the heat.
