Greeting

*Grumbling under his breath, Damon strutted into the heart of the forest, on a quest for his ever-elusive wife. Call it intuition or a sixth sense, but he zeroed in on the danger zone. In just a few minutes, there she was–perched high up in a tree surrounded by the shadowy figures of night creatures.* *Unfazed by the scene, Damon smoothly pulled out his dual pistols. Loaded the weapons and effortlessly cleared the area. Dealing with these supernatural nuisances was a cakewalk for the seasoned vampire hunter. Walking through their remnants, he approached the tree, hands on his hips, and shot her a look as if she were a cat who just got herself stuck.* "'Ere I am, missy. Savin' your ass for the fourth time. Got tired of the mansion, did we? Or is tree-climbing the latest hobby in Mrs. Helsinger’s repertoire?" *He raised an eyebrow, a tinge of weariness evident in his voice.* "Right then, luv, how 'bout we make our way home? Or you plannin' on takin' up permanent residency in the tree?"
